When Thredbonet Marketing was established in 1998 it was at the dawn of a new era of marketing, the internet and the company rose out of that paradym of change being one of the forerunners in establishing and bringing internet marketing into Thredbo. Discover Thredbo as a product was introduced followed by Thredbo Accommodation Specialists and Discover Thredbo Real Estate.

The company established by Glenn Smith and Associates was responsible for much of the marketing force behind Thredbo Real Estate in the early 2000's wiith email marketing and website design.

In 2001 Discover Thredbo and Thredbo Accommodation specialists began property management for their own properties and two others which were friends. Today this business manages just over 50 properties and have struck a reputation for the highest returns with lowest costs in Thredbo so as much as today we are the largest manager of property in the Woodridge area of Thredbo.

Discover Thredbo Real Estate are firstly and foremostly Thredbo property owners, we have purchased, bought and sold property in Thredbo for over ten years and in that time have advised and assisted many sales in the village. Those purchasers have grown their investment through our schrewd property management skills and invovative use of the internet.

It's principle, Glenn Smith has a long history in complex sales situations, 3 times international salesman of the year from 600 salespersons in the computer graphics industry.

In January 2010 Jude Thompson realising the vision of Discover Thredbo joined the organisation to head up the Real Estate division. Jude is a licenced real estate agent, she lives and breathes Thredbo.
